Easy Returns

If you receive a faulty product or an incorrect order, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund (including shipping fees) or a replacement.
 
If you ever find yourself less than satisfied with your purchase, don't hesitate to reach out to us at service@nillkin.cc within 60 days of delivery. Our dedicated support team will be delighted to help and will strive to provide a prompt response within one business day.
 
  Important notes:
  • - This return policy applies to direct end-user consumers who purchase our products from nillkin.cc.
  • - All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original NILLKIN packaging.
  • - Please note that adhesive products that have been used can not be returned.
  • - Customized items, unless due to an error on our part, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • - Items that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • - For non-quality related returns, NILLKIN will refund the cost of the returned product only.
  • - Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for non-quality related returns.
  • - Customers are responsible for any damage to items or loss during shipping for non-quality related returns.
  • - Items must be returned within 7 days after the initial application.
  • - Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned items.

Exchanges

We will happily help you process an exchange within 60 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition with the packaging intact. Please reach out to service@nillkin.cc for help.

 

  • For returning original items, please initiate the return process within 7 days after receiving the product. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees. Additionally, customers will be responsible for the postage fees of the replacement parcel.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned items.
