FAQs
Does the product come with a battery?
- The speaker does not include a battery and requires an 18V/2A adapter for use.
- The remote control uses a CR2032 button cell battery.
What is the wireless connection range of the product?
- TWS Mode (Main Speaker to Sub Speaker): 2–3 meters
- Bluetooth (Phone to Speaker): >10 meters
- Infrared (Remote Control to Speaker): >5 meters
Why doesn’t the power button work sometimes?
- During the first power-up (after plugging in the adapter), the circuit requires initialization (5–10 seconds). If the touch power button is pressed immediately, it might not respond. In this case, touch the button again, and it will work as expected.
Why does the speaker vibrate excessively or move around?
- The protective film on the silicone pads at the bottom has not been removed. Remove the film to allow the silicone to provide cushioning and reduce vibration.
Why can't I connect via Bluetooth?
- Press the Bluetooth button on the remote control or simultaneously press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons on the speaker for 5 seconds to quickly enter pairing mode.
- If the connection still fails, restore the factory settings by simultaneously pressing and holding the "+" and "-" buttons on the speaker for 8 seconds, then try reconnecting.
Why can't I connect or why is TWS connection slow?
- Press the TWS button on the remote control or double-click the power button on the speaker to quickly enter TWS pairing mode.
- If the connection still fails, restore the factory settings by simultaneously pressing and holding the "+" and "-" buttons on the speaker for 8 seconds, then try reconnecting.
Why do the two speakers have different sound quality in TWS mode?
- The speakers have two modes (Music and Movie). Use the "EQ" button on the remote control to switch modes.
- In TWS mode, the "EQ" button is not synchronized across both speakers. If the "EQ" button is pressed on one speaker, the other will not change automatically. You need to press the "EQ" button individually for each speaker.
- Note: The infrared remote control requires proper alignment with the speaker. If not pointed directly at the speaker, the signal may not be received.

I purchased two sets of these speakers. One pair is hook Bluetooth to my Alexis echo and I play music on them. 24 seven I never turn them off. They are wonderful. Would purchase again no questions ask thank you for a great product.
